Horrible experience here. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to show up at the desk while 10 people were waiting in lobby the entire time. Everyone was angry and the fedex representative when he finally came out to the desk told me I couldn't ship my package by repeating himself 10 times without offering any advice on how to go about doing so. He was extremely rude and I will never use this service again.
